Tessa has recently re-located to the Cotswolds & lived for a while in Stow-on-the-Wold. Tessa would love to capture the essence of your special holiday memories in the Cotwolds with a fresh perspective. She constantly brings little surprises to her work, the latest painting of Stow Lodge, has tiny pieces of moss from Stow Lodge walls! So, a very real part of the Cotswolds is lovingly incorporated into a timeless work of art!

“I didn’t realize how much I would love painting, until life threw me a few lemons & I painted one!” says Tessa van Burick, her passion for art exudes from every cell of her being. For Tessa, it goes so much deeper than just a paintbrush & canvas – it’s a tool of therapy that she shares with others to develop self-confidence, concentration, mindfulness & meditation.

This lovely friend found within her, a talent she didn't even realize was there! She came to Tessa for art lessons during her holidays to South Africa & loved being able to turn a blank canvas into a beautiful creation from her heart.

Tessa also gives art lessons that are exclusively individual. With her extensive experience & qualification in Interior Design, she can set up a studio or “creative zone” in your home & also give you lessons in the comfort of your home!
